Strategies for Launching After-School Language Programs

Learning a foreign language, especially at an early age, has many benefits such as facilitating the discovery of a new culture and encouraging open-minded perspectives. The Mario Einaudi Center for International Studies initiated the Afterschool Language Program for K-6 youth to expose elementary students to a wide array of cultures and languages, foster cross-cultural understanding, and inspire them to study foreign languages.
