The Judith Reppy Institute for Peace and Conflict Studies will award one or more Harrop and Ruth Freeman Felloships to encourage Cornell undergraduates to pursue summer work related to peace studies and conflict resolution in an otherwise unpaid position with a not-for-profit organization.

Eligibility: Current Cornell freshmen, sophomores, and juniors interested in funding their summer 2013 internship.

Value: A stipend of $1,200 per month for up to 2 months.

Application process:

  1. Identify and secure a summer internship.
  2. Submit an application form available from the Reppy Institute office, including a brief statement (200-500 words) about yourself and your summer opportunity, and describing how the internship would benefit you in reaching your long-term goals.
  3. Ask an advisor or faculty member to supply a letter of recommendation.
  4. Send us a copy of your Cornell transcript.
