Submissions

Submit manuscripts as a typewritten or computer-keyed, double-spaced text with footnotes and other stylistic conventions formatted in accord with The Chicago Manual of Style. For a summary of that style, please see SEAP Style Sheet.

Contributors who would like to confirm that an article has reached our editors should request notification in a cover letter and include an e-mail address or a self-addressed, stamped postcard with their submission; this postcard will be mailed upon receipt of the article.

Computer Submissions

We regret that we cannot accept electronic submissions; please mail a hard (paper) copy of the essay, with a cover letter, to the address noted above. The editors will request an electronic file of the essay with a hard copy when the manuscript is accepted for publication.

Reprints

Contributors will receive ten complimentary reprints of their articles and one complimentary copy of the issue in which their articles appear.
